What We Do
AI ReFounder is a 24/7 AI voice agent for ecommerce stores. Store owners connect their product catalog, and our AI handles customer calls — from product questions and insurance calculations to order tracking and cancellation management.
We started in eyewear ecommerce, where online purchases require consultative guidance on prescriptions, lens options, and insurance coverage. Our AI learned to handle these complex conversations at scale — converting 40% of calls into sales with 95% accuracy.
The platform works with any ecommerce store. Shopify stores go live in 1–2 days with automatic catalog sync. Custom CMS stores connect via API.
Why We Built This
75% of ecommerce phone orders happen outside business hours — evenings, weekends, 3AM. When nobody answers, that revenue disappears. Voicemail doesn't capture who called, what they wanted, or how close they were to buying.
We built AI ReFounder to close that gap. Not to replace support teams, but to extend their availability to every hour of every day. The AI handles calls when the team can't — and transfers to a human when it should.
